We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly. This occurs in two situations:

• When you submit the contact form on this site (name, organisation, email address, and message content)
• When you email or call us directly

We do not require account registration to use this site. The online calculators do not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter into them — all calculations run locally in your browser.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your information with third parties, or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Contact form submissions are received via email and stored only for the duration necessary to address your enquiry, unless an ongoing business relationship is established.

This site uses Google Analytics (via MonsterInsights) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data does not identify individual visitors and is used only to understand and improve the site.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to track sessions. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

WordPress sets technical cookies to support site functionality for administrators. These are not set for regular visitors unless you submit a comment or log in.

Some pages may include embedded content from third-party services (such as YouTube videos). Embedded content behaves as though you have visited the third-party website directly and may set its own cookies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services whose embedded content you interact with.

This site is hosted by Bluehost in the United States. Data transmitted via the contact form may be processed and stored on servers located in the US. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this transfer.

We retain contact enquiry data only as long as necessary to address the enquiry or maintain the resulting business relationship.

If you are a resident of Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy legislation, you have the right to:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or business obligations
• Withdraw consent to processing where consent is the legal basis

To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
