About Mike Brissette
Mike has spent 30 years in and around hydrographic surveying — as a naval officer, a field surveyor, a trainer, a technical sales engineer, and a consultant. That range is the point. He understands survey operations from every angle: what a junior operator struggles with, what a project manager is accountable for, and what a CEO needs to hear.
Since founding MosaicHydro in 2004, he has delivered organizational mentorship and training to government hydrographic offices, naval organizations, academic institutions, and commercial survey companies across North America, South America, and Asia.
